What stood out this year was how every site, big or small, joined in with the same enthusiasm. Colleagues from engineering, operations and management stood side by side as the tricolour was raised against the backdrop of solar panels stretching across the land. It was a simple gathering, but it carried a strong sense of togetherness, with people from different parts of a project coming together for a few minutes that meant a lot.
